Privacy Policy

How zenexta.com handles personal data: what we collect, why, who helps us, and the choices you have.

Last updated 6 October 2026

1. Who we are

This policy is issued by Zenexta, a sole proprietorship registered in India and based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India (“Zenexta”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are responsible, as the Data Fiduciary, for personal data processed through zenexta.com (the “Site”).

This policy covers the Site only. Our products have their own privacy policies; for ZecureRFP, see the ZecureRFP Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect

Information you send us

The Site has no forms and no accounts. If you email us (for example at contact@zenexta.com or support@zenexta.com), we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you choose to write or attach.

Technical information

When you visit, the platform that hosts the Site automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Site securely, keep it working, and produce basic site statistics.

We do not run our own analytics, advertising or tracking tools on the Site, and we do not sell personal data.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your messages and continue conversations you start, including about careers and partnerships.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We process data you send us because you chose to contact us, and technical data because it is needed to provide the Site securely. We only send marketing emails if you ask us to.

4. Cookies

The Site is hosted on Wix. Wix sets essential cookies that are required for the Site to work securely. We do not set any cookies of our own. The essential cookies include:

The exact list and durations are controlled by Wix and can change; see Wix’s cookie information. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may then not work.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the Site and our email. They process data for us under their own terms and security practices:

  • Wix.com Ltd.: hosts and delivers the Site and processes technical data and cookies.
  • Google Fonts: serves the Site’s typefaces, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.
  • Our email service provider: receives and stores the emails you send us.

If you follow a link to LinkedIn, X or ZecureRFP, that site’s own privacy policy applies. We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process personal data outside India. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards, and we will not transfer personal data to any country that the Government of India restricts.

7. How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete them. Technical data is kept by Wix according to its own retention practices. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable security practices to protect personal data, and the Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force, you may:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
  • withdraw consent you have given;
  • nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or are incapacitated;
  • raise a grievance with us.

To make a request, email contact@zenexta.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Grievance contact

For questions, complaints or requests about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:
